- Preparing supporting schedules, working papers, and financial statement disclosures using Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools
- Preparing financial statements for a portfolio of investment funds and investment vehicles in accordance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements
- Assisting in ensuring financial statements are prepared accurately, completely, and in accordance with internal quality standards and client deadlines
- Presenting completed financial statements to senior team members for review and incorporate feedback in a timely manner
- Supporting the planning of financial reporting engagements while managing multiple client deadlines
- Liaising with investment managers, fund administrators, auditors, and other external service providers to obtain information and resolve financial reporting queries
- Researching accounting issues and complex transactions to determine the appropriate accounting treatment under relevant GAAP and IFRS standards
- Contributing to continuous process improvements and assist with ad hoc projects as required

- Some industry experience in an accounting role would be an advantage
