What you will be doing

Job Description

As part of the Valaston audit team, you’ll gain hands-on experience supporting high-quality audit engagements from start to finish. Reporting to Audit Seniors/Audit Managers your responsibilities will include the following:

Assist audit teams in performing audit fieldwork and procedures including preparing audit working papers and maintaining appropriate supporting documentation.
Participate in risk assessment and internal control evaluation processes
Gain exposure to a diverse portfolio of clients, with a focus on alternative investment funds, fund management companies and investment holding entities.
Work closely with experienced audit professionals in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Develop an understanding of applicable financial reporting standards, audit methodologies and regulatory requirements.

What you will need

What We're Looking For

Diploma from a local polytechnic in Accountancy, Finance, Banking & Finance, or a related field
Fresh graduates or those with up to 1 year of working experience — no audit background required
A genuine interest in pursuing a career in audit and finance, with intention to work toward ACCA, Singapore CA Q, or equivalent
Meticulous, organised, and comfortable working with numbers and detail
A team player with a positive, can-do attitude and eagerness to learn
Good command of English (written and spoken)
