DM Financial understands the importance of protecting children’s privacy. It is not our policy to intentionally collect or maintain information about anyone under the age of 13.

DM Group, which includes any DM subsidiaries and affiliates part of the DM network of companies;

DM Group operates in compliance with the relevant data protection laws and regulations. If you choose not to provide us with this information, or you object to us processing such information (see ‘your rights below’ below) we may be prevented from processing your instructions or continuing to provide all or some of our services to you or our client.

Protection of your Personal Data

We use a range of physical, electronic and managerial measures to ensure that we keep your personal data secure, accurate and up to date. These measures include:

Education and training to relevant staff to ensure they are aware of our data protection obligations when processing personal data;

Any request for access to or a copy of your personal data must be in writing and we will endeavor to respond within a reasonable period and in any event within one month in compliance with Data Protection Legislation. We will comply with our legal obligations as regards your rights as a data subject.
